Building a Coaching Culture

A growing number of organizations recognize the value in building a coaching culture that offers employees at all levels the opportunity to grow their skills, enhance their value and reach their professional goals. Through a research partnership with the Human Capital Institute (HCI), ICF is exploring the components of strong coaching cultures and how organizations use coaching to achieve strategic objectives.

Survey Now Open – Building a Coaching Culture for Change Management

Seventy-seven percent of human resources practitioners and leaders report that their organization is in a state of constant change, with priorities and strategies continuously shifting.

ICF’s latest research, conducted in partnership with the Human Capital Institute (HCI), explores how coaching strategies can be used to build change management capabilities.

ICF and HCI invite individuals employed within an organization as a leader, manager, human resources or learning and development professional, internal coach, or individual contributor to complete this online survey.

Every respondent who completes this online survey will receive the following:

  • A complimentary copy of the final report
  • Credit toward the six survey requirements to receive an upgrade to Executive Access to HCI’s Corporate Member Library
  • A $200 USD attendee discount to any upcoming HCI event or education course

The survey will require approximately 20 minutes of your time. ICF and HCI value your privacy, and any identifying information will be kept confidential.
