Building a Coaching Culture

A growing number of organizations recognize the value in building a coaching culture that offers employees at all levels the opportunity to grow their skills, enhance their value and reach their professional goals. Through a research partnership with the Human Capital Institute (HCI), ICF is exploring the components of strong coaching cultures and how organizations use coaching to achieve strategic objectives.

  • 2017 — Building a Coaching Culture with Millennial Leaders

    Building a Coaching Culture with Millennial Leaders explores how organizations of all sizes are developing new leaders and supporting first-time people managers—many of whom are millennials—by building strong coaching cultures.

  • 2016 — Building a Coaching Culture with Managers and Leaders

    Building a Coaching Culture with Managers and Leaders examines the ways in which companies and leaders establish and support a coaching culture, with a focus on training for managers/leaders using coaching skills.
