Philip Brew, MCC is an experienced executive coach, based in the UK and working with business leaders and senior management teams in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. Fully engaged in the coaching profession for the past 18 years, Philip’s passion is to partner his clients in the process of achieving their full potential.
Philip’s commitment to the development of coaching as a profession led him to become active with ICF, and also to the provision of in-depth training for professional coaches. In 2003 he co-founded Coaching Development Ltd and helped to build the company into an internationally respected coach training organization. In the ICF community he served as Co-President of the UK Chapter (2004) and as a Director on ICF’s Global Board (2008 – 2011).
Now in his mid-60’s, he has stepped back from active responsibilities with ICF and Coaching Development Ltd, and focuses on his work as an independent professional coach and coach supervisor.
