Finding Your Ideal Niche
Presenter: Karen Cappello, MCC, BCC
Having a coaching niche means less time marketing and more profitability for your coaching business. Yet determining a niche is perhaps one of the most perplexing and nerve-wracking decisions for a coach. In this session, you will learn the three simple steps to defining a coaching niche that allows you to have a thriving and profitable business with clients that you truly love to work with.
Building a Business Case for Coaching: Measuring Impact
Presenter: Catherine Oleksiw, Ph.D., PCC
You’ve been invited to educate a middle manager in human resources responsible for human capital development on the benefits of coaching. She has a tight budget and will need to convince the c-suite that they will see some visible changes as a result of coaching. Does this sound familiar? Sure, you can talk eloquently about the value of coaching and the difference between coaching and mentoring. You have a boatload of success stories from former clients. But can you present a case for incorporating coaching as an ongoing line item in the HR budget? And can you effectively coach the HR manager on creating her own tailored elevator speech on the financial benefit of a coaching program? In this presentation, Catherine Oleksiw will share a set of questions on measurement to ask prospective clients, outline a systematic approach to aligning program goals with metrics, and give you a taste of what exactly return on investment (ROI) really is, along with its benefits and challenges.
