COVID-19 Resources for ICF Coaches. Learn more
During a time when many individuals across the world were seeking connection and support, International Coaching Week (ICW) 2021 was able to bring people together in a way like never before.
We know that professional coaching has the power to transform individuals, organizations and the world at large. That’s why International Coaching Federation (ICF) is committed to making coaching an integral part of a thriving society, and we know that a key to accomplish this is to make coaching more accessible to people across the world.
Recognizing the pressing need for virtual connection this year, we launched an innovative event platform for ICW 2021. It was a huge success!
With wider virtual accessibility, we saw more global participation than ever before. Through the event platform alone, 41,000 individuals from 138 countries participated in more than 1,200 events, which were presented by ICF Members and Chapters.
Thank you to all who joined us to make this year’s ICW such a success! If you didn’t have the opportunity, you can access recordings from a number of events by clicking the button below.

As ICW 2021 has showed us, we’re at our best when we can learn, grow, connect, lead and inspire together. We invite you to join the global coaching community once again for ICF Converge 2021. At Converge, you can continue strengthening connections and learning cutting-edge information. Now is the time to think bigger. To look toward the future and think about how we can take action now — through coaching — for a better tomorrow.
ICF Converge is the event for the global coaching community. To continue keeping our community safe and healthy, ICF Converge 2021 will return as an entirely virtual event, but with all the same compelling content, learning and networking opportunities as has been offered in previous years — each one representing vital concepts to the coaching industry and offering attendees unique learning experiences.
Launched in 1999, International Coaching Week (ICW) is a weeklong global celebration that educates the public about the value of working with a professional coach and acknowledges the results and progress made through the coaching process.
During ICW, we encourage individuals and organizations all over the world to understand, explore, test and discover the possibilities coaching provides through a variety of events, such as webinars, conferences, educational workshops, panel discussions, public coaching demonstrations and pro bono coaching sessions.
