As an ICF Member, you play a vital role in our global community. With the new ICF brand, we updated our website and email addresses. To ensure you receive emails from ICF, please make sure to follow the two steps below.
STEP ONE: Whitelist the correct email addresses.
To ensure that you receive all important emails, please add the following to your email’s whitelist/safelist:
Whitelisting an email address is different for each email provider. For instructions for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Comcast, click here. If you’re unsure how to whitelist an email address using your email provider, use your preferred search engine and type “how to whitelist an email address in [insert your email provider].”
STEP TWO: Update your information in your Member Profile.
To update your Member Profile (specifically your email address), do the following:
- Visit coachingfederation.org and click “Sign In” in the top right-hand corner. If you are already signed in, your name will appear in its place.
- Click your name.
- To the left of “Member News” you will see your image and Member ID number. Below that, click on the button “Edit Profile.” This will redirect you to your Member Profile.
- If the email address is incorrect or not one you use, click “Edit Contact Info” to the left of your photo. Go to “My Email Addresses,” click “Edit,” update the email address, then click “Save.”
If you think you have opted out of ICF emails via the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), now is the time to update your preference. To check, in your Member Profile, click “Privacy and Contact Preferences” under “My Account Links” to the right. To opt-in, make sure you click “Yes, I opt-in…,” then click “Save.”
