Telemarketing Alert

ICF’s Ethics, Policy and Compliance team is aware of a telemarketing scheme currently impacting coaches in the United States. Individuals who claim to be partners of Google and ICF are calling coaches and attempting to sell digital advertising and marketing services.

These individuals are not associated with ICF, and they are not authorized to use the ICF brand as part of their sales efforts.

ICF has reported this abuse to the relevant website hosting company and we will continue to take the appropriate steps to shut down the scheme. In the meantime, if you are contacted by these individuals, please notify the Ethics, Policy and Compliance team at +1.859.226.4245 or ethics@coachfederation.org immediately. Any information you can provide about the interaction (name, phone number, email address, etc.) will be enormously helpful.
