An Update on COVID-19 and Supporting Clients in a Time of Crisis

The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the outbreak of COVID-19 a pandemic. To date, there have been more than 100,000 reported cases of the disease in at least 114 countries. ICF is committed to providing our Members and Credential-holders with the support and resources you need to care for yourself and meet the needs of your clients during this tumultuous period.

    I am in the process of renewing my membership.
    I missed renewing my account by a week, it seems my account is in a sort of Limbo at the moment.
    I understand that you have extended the renewal date until June, but it is showing that I need to renew.

    Most studies suggest that the nearest vaccines for the disease are at least 12 to 18 months away. The social and economic impact is yet to be assessed. Though it is believed it might take another year for the world to completely recover on health as well as the economic front.

    I have submitted a course for approval under CCE last week and have not heard from you , pls let me know the status.
    Also given the current situation would there be a delay in the 4 week process.

      We received your CCE application on April 9. Reviews are currently taking the full 4 weeks, simply due to the volume of requests in the queue.
