Coaching presence brings your relationship with your client into sharp focus. However, maintaining coaching presence during a coaching session can be difficult as you attempt to listen attentively while accessing internal information to develop the next powerful question or action plan.
In these sessions, you will learn how to remain more present with your client, yet flexible and attuned to next steps.
Once you have built a trusting relationship, you can create awareness by challenging a client to explore unconscious attitudes or behaviors.
In these sessions, you will learn how to question clients’ assumptions and beliefs to break through existing behavior patterns and viewpoints.
Team coaching brings interpersonal team dynamics to the forefront. Coaches must maintain presence with individual team members as well as the team as a whole for an effective engagement.
In these sessions, you will discover the benefits of team coaching and how it differs from one-to-one coaching. You will also learn the fundamental elements required for successful team coaching engagements.
