The 2010 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study helps you tap into the minds of consumers. In addition to benchmarking consumer awareness, the survey asked why people participated in a coaching partnership, their perceived importance of certification and credentials for coaches, and their overall satisfaction with and feelings about their coaching experience.
