ICF Global 2012 is an invitation to action. We have partnered with session leaders who will engage the audience, integrating and embracing the three components of our theme: "Connect. Learn. Inspire."

ICF Global 2012, aimed at professional coaches, is designed to increase our ability to connect; create new learning; and inspire reflection, change, and commitment to action in ourselves and our clients.

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that evokes their personal and professional potential. This process is enhanced by the ability of professional coaches to connect and engage with the client and each other. By establishing deep connection, coaches can support and inspire the client and each other to generate new learning and action.
