The official language of the 2010 ICF Annual International Conference is English. As such, all presentations and materials (i.e handouts, programs) will be provided in English.
ICF policy states:
The association will provide simultaneous interpretation services for each of the Super Sessions for non-English speaking groups of 50 or more delegates who speak the same language, if their attendance is known by September 15, 2010.
It is imperative to note your request for this service at the time of registration in the field provided. Or you may do so by contacting ICF Headquarters at icfconference@coachfederation.org by September 15, 2010. An announcement will be made on September 1 confirming whether simultaneous translation will be provided and, if so, in which language(s).
At the conference, headsets will be made available to those utilizing the interpretation services prior to the start of opening and closing General Sessions. All headsets must be returned at the conclusion of the session. Failure to do so may result in the termination of this service for future ICF Annual International Conferences.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
