Private Event Registration
Policies & Procedures

A private event is defined as an unofficial ICF event or meeting held during ICF’s official conference dates, at an ICF official venue and/or hotel where ICF Conference attendees are being targeted and/or invited to attend.

 

Private events held in conjunction with ICF’s Annual International Conference must not compete with any official ICF Conference event and/or meeting. Individuals wishing to host a private event at an ICF official venue or hotel must receive pre-approval by submitting a completed private event request form to ICF prior to August 29, 2008.

 

ICF reserves the right to postpone or delay any private event, which may be in conflict with an ICF official event and/or meeting. ICF also reserves the right to deny any requests to schedule or reserve space for a private event, which may be in conflict or in competition with ICF’s Annual International Conference events.

 

Violators of this policy may be prohibited from attending ICF events and/or future ICF Conferences.

 

Consideration will only be given to individuals who are paid attendees of the ICF Conference. Meeting space is limited and ICF will assign space on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge to members and $200 to non-members.

 

ICF will assign meeting/event space in mid-September. Individuals who request private event space will receive a confirmation of their assigned room as well as hotel contact information so that they can make arrangements directly with the hotel and set-up billing (equipment, food & beverage, etc. (if applicable).
