The following organizations offer Coach Specific Training programs that have met the criteria for the ICF's Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH). Although these organizations may offer other programs, only the programs listed here are ICF approved. The applicant simply needs to attach ACSTH program documentation to evidence that they have attended that program (after the date of the program's ACSTH approval) and the number of CST hours that they attended were Approved Coach Specific Training.
Please note: ACTP programs are also by default ACSTH programs. This means that students may take portions of an ACTP portion and apply this training toward an ICF credential. However, if a student does not complete the full ACTP program (including final exam) they must apply for a credential using the Portfolio Application.
In addition, courses that are Approved Coach Specific Training Hours are regarded as CCE (Continuing Coach Education) provided that an applicant has not previously taken the course as part of initial training.
